Tortilla Pizza is a great alternative to traditional pizzas. By using a tortilla base they are easier to make, cost less and are a healthier alternative.



  • 1 Flour Tortilla Wrap
  • ¼ of cup or 50g of tomato puree
  • ⅓ cup or 60g of grated cheese
  • Toppings of your choice


  1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees
  2. Place your Tortilla wrap on a sheet of parchment paper
  3. Spoon on the tomato puree, covering the wrap
  4. Sprinkle on your grated cheese
  5. Add your favourite toppings
  6. Place in the centre of your oven for 10 minutes


Remember to precook any pizza toppings first such as meats, onion and mushrooms.
