Description

Roast potatoes are one of the go to sides when it comes to a roast dinner, but they can sometimes be a little boring. These Paprika Potatoes help to give them something extra and can make a real difference to your dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 Maris Piper Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 200 degrees
  • Halve or quarter the potatoes, depending on their size
  • Parboil the potatoes in a pan of salted water.
  • While the potatoes are parboiling in a bowl place the oil and spices
  • Give them a good stir to ensure filly mixed and combined
  • Once the potatoes are parboiled, drain and shake the pan to help fluff the edges
  • Empty the potatoes into the bowl with the oil and spices and stir to coat all of the potatoes fully
  • Place the potatoes cut side down onto a baking tray
  • Cook in the oven for 45 minutes (or until cooked)
