Easy sausage and potato bake

Ingredients
- 1 kg of Charlotte potatoes chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Few rosemary sprigs
- 6 Good quality sausages
- 1 sliced red bell pepper
- 1 sliced yellow bell pepper
- 1 red onion sliced
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven at 200 degrees
- Place the chopped potatoes in a bowl and mix with olive oil to ensure fully covered, add seasoning and place in a oven dish
- Add a few sprigs of rosemary and place in the oven
- Put sausages into oven, turning occasionally
- Slice the two peppers and onion and place into a bowl
- Add the balsamic glaze and mix with hands to ensure fully covered
- Put pepper mixture into a oven dish and cook
- After 30-40 minutes or until everything is cooked, chop sausage into 1cm slices and combine with potatoes and peppers
- Return to oven for 5-10 minutes or until everything is warm
- Plate up and enjoy!
